Thank You River Yoga, Clayton NY

About 20 years ago I started going River Yoga. I dragged my gym teacher mother to her first class and now she teaches it. Year after year more people would come and now it has its own life.

Liz Price Kellogg was our only instructor those days and we basically had private instruction. We would do our Yoga class everywhere and anywhere. With a handful of students we would practice at The Opera House in Clayton, Clayton Yacht Club, French bay marina, Antique Boat Museum Clayton My personal favorite), Thousand Island Park Pavilion or wherever we could. Yoga's popularity continued to grow and finally Liz has her own studio and it is FABULOUS and busy. I am happy to see you have to get to class a half hour early or you will have to put your mat in the corner.

The facility is incredible but more importantly the yoga is fantastic. There are classes in Reiki, Paddle Board Yoga and many work shops with outstanding instructors. I haven't had a bad instructor or class with River Yoga. I just participated in a Stick workshop that was wonderful.

These people are the "Real Deal." Liz and her Posse live and encourage a healthy lifestyle when it wasn't popular or profitable. The prices are very reasonable on purpose. Liz wanted to make Yoga available to everyone with Karma rates and scholarships available.

I can't thank her enough for my healthier lifestyle that she helped me develop. I have had ups and downs with weight and physical abilities but I can't imagine where I would be without Liz Price Kellogg and River Yoga. Namiste
